Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Minors policy
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and appropriate environment for all guests, MexiCams enforces the following policy regarding minors (individuals under the age of 18):
- Evening Access Restriction: Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted after 9:00 PM.
- Supervision Requirement: All minors must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times while on the premises.
- Management Discretion: Exceptions may be considered under special circumstances with advance approval.
- Responsibility: Supervising adults are responsible for ensuring minors follow all venue rules and conduct expectations.
- No unaccompanied minors at any time
birthday cake
We charge $3 per person cakeage. With pre-arrangement, you can drop the cake off earlier in the day or have it delivered to us in the afternoon. Cakes must be taken with you when leaving the venue (we cannot hold them overnight). And don’t forget to note on your booking that it’s a special occasion.
Entry Conditions
- Only birthday cakes are allowed to be brought into the venue. No other food or drinks are permitted.
- Management may check bags when you arrive and leave. They may also refuse entry or ask guests to leave for reasons such as vandalism, theft, rude behaviour, not supervising children properly, ignoring safety instructions or breaking any entry rules.
- Tenpin bowling involves some risk. Please think about this before taking part and behave responsibly.
- Mexicams does its best to provide a safe and enjoyable space. However, it is not responsible for any injuries that happen on site.
- We recommend tenpin bowling for people aged [5+] and over.
- Adults and carers must look after those in their care.
- For group bookings 8+, our Trust the Chef menu is required for all guests.
- Mexicams is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen or damaged on the premises.
- Your photo may be taken at any time for security or marketing purposes.

Party Terms and Conditions
Please arrive [15 minutes] before your party starts. This gives you time to organise teams.
Refund Policy
When placing an order, you must include your name, phone number, email address, credit card details and any other information requested on our website. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.
Bookings and event payments can be transferred to another date or person, but they cannot be refunded. To transfer your booking, please contact our team at least [48 hours] before your scheduled time.
Event Payment Information
The final payment is due during the week of your event.
Our Events team will contact you to confirm the details and arrange the final payment.
Confirming Guest Numbers
We recommend booking for the maximum number of guests you expect. This helps us make sure there’s enough space for everyone.
Please pay the deposit when booking. Our Events team will contact you to confirm your guest numbers and finalise your booking during the week of your event.
Please note: For group bookings 8+, our Trust the Chef menu is required for all guests.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mexicams Restaurante & Bar and its licensors.
